Wildside is a hard rock/glam metal band from Los Angeles, California, USA, that was formed in 1988 under the name Young Gunns. In 1990, the band changed its name to Wildside. Not to be confused with Wildside (4) from Massachusetts and Wildside (8) from Canada.
Signed to Capitol Records 1990. Formed 1988 as Young Gunns by Benny Rhynedance and Drew Hannah recruiting Brent Woods and bassist Marc Simon and later drummer Jim Darby.
Their debut album in the 'hair metal' style was released on May 05, 1992, and the band toured on this through March 1993. The band lost members through 1993/94 but continued to a second album on 1995 with a new sound influenced by then-current hard rock.
Housed in a deluxe gatefold jacket.
