Hailing from Cincinnati, Ohio, DESTROYER were a well kept secret of U.S. metal from the 80's having released one and only 7'' single, that nowadays has become a highly sought after collector's item. Through their '85 single, the band showcased an amazing blend of NWOBHM with classic U.S. metal sound.
Thanks to Alexandros Anesiadis, author of the book Heroes of the Metal Underground (as well as other great books such as ‘Crossover The Edge’, ‘We Can be the New Wind’), we got in touch with Kenny Bruck, original drummer of the band and we agreed to release all 5 songs that the band ever recorded in deluxe limited edition vinyl and CD versions, celebrating 40 years since the single's original release.
